| We ship nationwide! We use Mainfreight and the Delivery Dudes as our main delivery partners. When you purchase a table, the standard shipping option includes shipping to your nearest Mainfreight depot. They are located nationwide, however we can also arrange door to door shipping if needed. There may be an extra cost to this, depending on your location. Please get in touch with our team for more information. |

International Shipping
We ship mainly to New Zealand addresses but can also ship internationally. It's worth noting that for our international customers, they will be extra shipping costs. Please get in touch with the team to discuss options.
Shipping Policy
Your order is important to us, which is why we want to make sure that your products arrive on time and in excellent condition.
Timeframe
You can expect shipping to take up to one week within New Zealand from dispatch, or up to one month for international deliveries. For deliveries within Christchurch, shipping will generally be within 2 working days from manufacture.

These rates vary across the country, please email us your delivery address and we can check the shipping rates for you!
Wrapping materials
We use natural materials where possible, for example hemp rope or twine and woollen blankets.
Returns: We are happy to arrange returns for any furniture if you change your mind. Simply cover the freight charge and we will do the rest. Of course, if for any reason the product is not as advertised, we will refund or replace as per the Consumer Guarantees Act.
