Production & Lead TImes

How long does it take to make my furniture?

Our standard turnaround time for furniture is 6-8 weeks. For chopping blocks and bean bags, this is around 4 weeks. The turnaround changes through the seasons and how busy we are, so to be sure - check with us before placing your order. We can often supply much faster on request, and sometimes there are delays.

Can I request fast-track production?

Yes, having your order fast-tracked may be possible depending on our current workload. Contact us to discuss your timeline.

How will I be updated on my order’s progress?

We provide order updates via email on request and will notify you when your piece is ready for shipping or pickup.

Care & Maintenance

How do I care for my wooden furniture?
