Each table is built from solid timber selected for colour, grain, and suitability for the size ordered. West Coast Rimu, Northland Tōtara, and West Coast Beech are our core dining timbers.

Each core species is available in Clear, Country Bark, and Blackwash finish options. Timber samples are the best way to compare colour, grain, and finish before choosing.

Tables are finished with natural hardwax oil. One NZ native tree is planted for every table that leaves the workshop.

Timber. Each table starts with timber selection. We work through our stock to find boards that suit the size you have ordered, minimising waste, and choosing timber character that fits your brief.

Making. Boards are machined, jointed, glued, sanded, finished, and assembled by Innate Furniture in Christchurch. Bases are made to suit the design, with steel frames fabricated and powdercoated where applicable.

Finishing. We complete final checks before preparing the table for pickup or delivery. If you are unsure about size, timber, or base style, get in touch before ordering and we can help match the table to your space.
